Best 5S Practice Award.
- 5S, the workplace discipline concept based on Japanease principles has been implemented in our factory from 2015. We participated in the competition conducted by M/s.ABK-AOTS first time for 5 S Excellence Award under large scale industries category. The Organisation was audited and assessed our implementation status and accordingly awarded 5 S Excellence Award under platinum category. This award was given to us in a function conducted by them on 09th January 2016 at Chennai. Since we got platinum category award, we are eligible to go for 5 S SUSTENANCE AWARD in the year 2016
- “APEDA” Ministry of Commerce, Government of India has established an award called to encourage agriculture based food processing industries involved in 100% export. The Quality and Quantity of products produced by the industries have also been taken into consideration to select the industries for this award. In this line SKM Egg Products Export (India) Limited, Erode has been selected for “Golden Trophy” for the Year 2011-2012 and 2012-2013.
The award distribution function was held on 26.11.2014 at New Delhi in which Mr.Shri Rajukar the secretary of Commerce department and other higher officials took part in the event. Mr.L.Suresh General Manager-Processor and Dr.K.Sivaraju General Manager-Technical of SKM Egg Products received the award from Mr. Shri Rajeevkar for the year 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 respectively. It is worth to mention here that this organization has been getting this award continuously from the year 2011.

- SHRI.SKM MAEILANANDHAN Receiving PADMA SHREE Award from honourable President of India SHRI PRANAB MUKHERJEE.
- We have been awarded Manufacturing Excellence Silver Award in 2006 and Manufacturing Excellence Gold Award in 2007 & 2008 by frost and sullivan.
- We have been awarded State Safety Award for the year 2007 by Government of Tamilnadu.
- We have been awarded Best Export Performance Awards in 100% EOU category by MEPZ (Madras export Processing Zone) for the year 2005-06.
- At SKM we are proud to be the leading exporter from India and in recognition of our performance the APEDA [Govt. of India] is awarding us the Silver Trophy since 2001 onwards. We have also been recognized by other Government bodies for our achievement in various fields.
